Refund policy
STEP 1: DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception & contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work together to make it right.
STEP 2: BE TIMELY
I maintain a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
STEP 3: CONTACT ME
To start a return, please contact me at oakenbunny@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
STEP 4: SHIP THE RETURN
Please provide either a tracking number, OR a photo of the order at USPS upon drop-off/shipping.
STEP 5: FOLLOW-UP
I will contact you when I receive your return. If the condition of the item is new, unused, & unaltered, I will issue your refund to the original method of payment.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) & personal care goods (such as beauty products). Oaken Bunny also does not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items & gift cards.
